Client Issues

Every time since the most recent update or hot-fix, my client has been acting very strange with parts of the images being blurred or disfigured or just completely illegible. It also affects my in-game performance by making it very laggy with constant frame drops. I've tried troubleshooting twice and I still have this issue should I reinstall the game or is this a bigger issue that is affecting more than just me?
