I am pretty sure I was awarded the wrong amount of LP after winning a ranked game

After winning my recent ranked game I was awarded with 10 LP though usually I was rewarded around 20-23 LP and I would really wish to know if it's just my MMR that dropped or is it an actual bug. I doubt it's my MMR because the game before that I played I recieved around 20 LP surely my MMR can't go down so fast.

Probably happened during a maintenance happened to me a little while back and I couldnt enter promos cause of that
