Why does the client STILL NOT WORK like its supposed to?

So this is probably the 4th month now that I have to quit League after every single game I play. If I don't restart my client then I go into champion select but the "Accept/ Decline" function stays STUCK on my screen... so I can't pick my champ or type in the lobby chat. All I can do is quit the client... but then I get a penalty for quitting... Please... I've dealt with this for months hoping it'd get fixed at some point but I guess not. It is beyond frustrating for not only me, but the people I play with...

So....Seems like an issue on your end. So going "Client DOES NOT WORK" is probably inaccurate.

Either way, have you tried the usual - Run the repair tool and reinstall if that doesn't work? Have you tried submitting a support ticket to get help with it?
