Game won't load after champion select, and I am being punished for it

So for the past month I have been encountering the issue that my game does not want to load after champion select. I do not know what the cause is, only that it does not happen sometimes. Once a game load in, the next few games have no issue whatsoever. the problem here is that I am being reported and penalized due to this issue. I am currently not allowed to earn loot boxes because of this and it was not even my fault. I want riot to tell me what I need to do so that I can fix this issue. I have lost several ranked games due to this and have fallen in divisions because of it.
