i was plat last season but i don't have a border period this season, anyone know why?

Did you receive any strikes against your account? Like a chat ban or 14-day suspension?

Getting hit with one of those usually disqualifies you from ranked rewards. So if you also didn't receive the Victorious Graves skin, this is probably why.
