Teleport bug

It has been issued and issuing for that teleport bug for a while. I guess Riot doesn't want to fix this problems. Only i can teleport to the turret and nexus siege game mode that teleport isn't working at all. All i know that i have to press #4 to teleport in nexus siege mode game. Please fix this problem.
