GAME BUGS : LOGING IN BUG, BS RP TRIALS RESSETED

Ok, First: My rp (about 50 so i don't worry about it) my blue essence (about 2000 i think) and my trials have been reseted. Since one week i cant collect trial and i don't get any award after completing missions so I lost about 150 trials i think. My rp ,blue e, trials, are equal 0 now Second: By accident I logged in to another account. I have entered my password and nickname correctly I changed only the server location. It happened to me many times

So yeaaah, not cool.
