Zac bug

In S3 Zac was my favorite champion and with the new changes to jungle item i though i would start picking him up again and with the new buffs you guys have given him. There is still one problem with him though, when you are smart casting zac's e for some weird reason wherever your mouse is that is not where zac will charge his e. In your description for zac's e here is what you have said "Zac faces the cursor and begins channeling." But what i have realized is that it is not based on the cursor anymore it is either on how is is actually facing in game or the game bugs out and he turns backwards. I have noticed this and i remember oddone saying it on stream that it was a bug. Has anyone else been experiencing this?
