[GAMEPLAY] Vayne vs Fizz interaction between troll pole and silver bolt

I was playing fizz and when vayne had 2 stack of silver bolt on me I use playful trickster, vayne start auto attacking minons, silver bolt is applied to the minons. Once I come down from the pole the 2 stack remains on me. and when she auto me the 3 stack effect is proc dealing true damage. The stack should have disappeared as soon as she attack minions.

1 pick fizz vs vayne 2 fizz take E, vayne take W 3 Vayne auto fizz twice 4 Fizz use E 5 Vayne auto minions 6 Fizz reactive E (notice 2 stack of silver bolts) 7 Vayne auto Fizz (True damage dealt to fizz)

Happens all the time in custom. Only encountered Vayne top once in normal game.
