Leaver Buster and Bug Splat

Yes, they always come together, recently i've been having some trouble with my lol client crashing during games, i always reconect and i don't play ranked because i fear ill crash. Some times we even manage to win even with my 2min absence (yes it takes me that long to load dont judge). Today i got a leaver buster from that. Do i think it's fair? Kinda, it would if it was a ranked game, but in a normal in wich i reconnect? Doesn't seem right.

I am posting this in both NA and EUW boards since it happened in EUW but even though we are the biggest server we have the worst player support, and NA's got all the attention from rito.
