So I created a pbe account last night and when I tried to log in it said username or password incorrect. I have tried multiple times and I am sure I have it correct. I tried to create a new username and password but it would not send an email to my email verifying to change it. PLEASE HELP!
I'm having this exact same problem, I was really interested in getting into the PBE to look at the ad item changes, so I requested a PBE account and set that up. But once I had everything downloaded I couldn't log in. I thought that maybe I messed up my password when creating the account, so I hopped onto this account to try again making sure to carefully enter both my username and password, but I'm still locked out. It just says that my username or password is incorrect.
I think there might be a really long wait time for PBE account activation maybe?
