[Gameplay] Karthus ULT is negated when using Ryze ULT.

When Karthus uses Requiem and Ryze ULTS so than he travels when the Requiem channel is completed, he and other team mates take no damage.

  1. Karthus R
  2. Ryze R in such a way that he teleports just before the explosion
  3. No damage

That's the point. Ryze ult gives everyone a split second of invulnerability when teleporting and so they don't take any damage.

It's more like they just don't exist for like .5 seconds.
