[GAMEPLAY] - Champion bug where no abilities can be used

Occasionally while I'm playing League, my champion immediately stops in one spot and start auto-attacking anything near them. In this state I cannot use any abilities, while they will continue to attack anything near them. However, I can use self-targetted active items such as zhonyas, and I can also use flash and teleport while in this state. Though I cannot recall back to base nor can I move the screen by clicking on the mini map. In order to fix this problem temporarily, I must force quit my game and reconnect afterwards. I hope this will be fixed soon.

P.S. I am using a mac client, so this may only have been occurring on said system.
