Screen Resolution Bug/Problem [Acctual LoL bug]

There are a few reports on this bug that can be found by searching "Screen Resolution bug LoL" on google, but I've decided to report the same problem again since Riot is yet to take action.

Everything works fine until you finish champ select. When champ select ends and you're about to go to the loading screen, a message saying "Input outlet wrong" or something along those lines followed by "Make your screen resolution 1600x900".

I've reinstalled league and I've changed my screen resolution to 1600x900 more than 15 times now, it's something to do with the current patch.

Riot please fix this I've been wanting to play league for 3 weeks now since I've been patient and have waited for the next patch, but nothing is yet to change.
