Losing Loot when get in champ select

I was open a chest then the Q pop up i click accept the Q and all i see is 145 orange essent i cant click to the next one to see what skin shard i got then i get into game , and after game i check it and i dont see anything , it was on tuesday between 23:00 to 24:00 pls help me check it ty ( it was only olaf skin shard in there and i seen no skin shard after i open the chest ) sorry for bad english
