Unknown Error Has Occured

First off i'd like to say how much bullshit this is. There are 10 other forums of this asking for help, asking for anything and Riot is just letting it go. Plenty of players are being ran off from a great game because the game owners cant help anyone do anything. I'm not spending another dime on League of Legends. DOTA 2 here i come, not a better game but at least I can que for ranked play and choose a champion without "UNKOWN ERROR HAS OCCURED" talk about bull shit. I couldnt even que to finish team ward skin reward. Thanks Riot for terrible service.
