[GAMEPLAY] Azir moving instead of attacking

While playing a custom game against bots, I noticed that occasionally, upon attacking a champion or monster with a soldier active, Azir will attack once, then start walking towards another lane. I mostly noticed this while in mid lane (start walking to top lane) and red side's red buff area (also will start walking to top lane). If I switched targets or used his Q, the problem would stop.

To reproduce:

1. Summon a soldier within range of a champion or neutral monster (seen with red buff, raptors).
2. Right-click to attack target.
3. Azir will go through his attack animation, deal damage, then start walking away.
4. Continuing to right-click on the target will attack again, then cause Azir to walk away again.
