[GAMEPLAY] Shen Q Not Procing

Okay at first I just figured it was a single moment bug but then it kept happening sometimes 5 times in a row. The Bug in question is Shen's Q. You activate it just fine but several times in this game it did not give me the 3 hit proc from using the ability. This would occur several times throughout the game and if I knew how to download the game I would to show that im not just blowing smoke.
