Tahm Kench several game play bugs (GAMEPLAY)

Ok, so there are several bugs ive encountered with Tahm

1. devour a minion and the spell goes on cooldown so i cant spit it back out till the max duration forces it out.
2. i spit a minion out and it becomes invulnerable for a few seconds
3. I spit an enemy champion out as if it were a minion so he flew a great distance.

number 1 occurs quite often but 2 occurred about three times and 3 occurred once.
