[Gameplay] Katarina q stops working after resets sometimes

Sometimes while playing Katarina her Q refuses to fire when using the ability. This happens after resets sometimes or might have to do with zhonya's hourglass. I am not sure exactly how to reproduce this bug, but play katarina and have zhonya's hourglass and get a reset and this happens about 1 in 50 resets.

Same thing has happened to me the past 2 nights, I'm scared to play kat now because it kills her damage not having q. I can still type q in chat, but the ability will not fire.. usually towards the end of a game
