Please Read

Okay so, I've been trying to play league for a bout an hour now and the game keeps freezing in Que right before I lock in my pick. I've been getting low priority Que and wait times before I can even start a match for something that I KNOW is leagues problem. I go over to check my signal strength. I have a graph showing my ping and network strength and there seams to be nothing wrong. if anyone could please help me fix this error I would totally be open to suggestions and I would love to get rid of this waiting before I start a match thing.
