Hextech re-roll bug

Last night I re-rolled three skins into a new one and i got Blade Mistress Morgana but i can't find it neither the other three skins that i re-rolled. Same happened with the re-rolled champions. I got Kog'maw.

One of my friends have this problem too. Anyone else?
