If you play the role support and go 0/4/19 as i did you dont get an S. i dont understand i set up kills i assisted my team i helped take objectives but i dont get my chest, and plus i never get any keys to open my chests either

The game is more than just KDA. For a good grade there are other factors to consider, such as vision control, kill participation, healing, damage, objectives taken, etc. Try showing up for more fights for a high kill participation, upgrading to the Oracle's Alteration to kill more wards, and place more wards for starters. S scores are not the average, they are above average.
