Queue Pops, and I click accept, but it doesn't accept, and I get stuck. NOT an internet issue

Recently, there are issues getting into champion select. After hitting Accept when Match Found pops up, it makes a sound, and the Accept button turns grey, but I'm not placed into champion select. Also, When I do happen to get through the Accept button, it takes a good 10-15 seconds to load up the champion select menu. It is not an internet issue, nor is it a computer issue (i7 6700k, 32gb ram, GTX1070). Please fix.

Same problem here, usually I accept two matches and someone else declines and then on the third one I just get stuck for a while and then the client tells me that I failed to accept the match..

I'm having the same issue, and if I ever do manage to make it into the banning room then that bugs out and i can't ban. Anndddd if I make it to champ select then that bugs out and I can't pick a champ. Lost about 100 lp from this overall, as if climbing wasn't hard enough... Searched every chat room around and not a single person has a fix for this, even Rito.
