Cant queue for Ranked

After I have queued for ranked, when the accept prompt comes up, I click accept/ready and the box freezes. The client still runs, as does chat, but the prompt does not highlight my ready check or any others. After maybe 2 minutes or so, the lobby loads with all the champion bans selected and the client counts down displaying the message when the game is about to load. This takes place while the team hasn't selected champions yet. Additionally no chat is viewable and any messages that are typed in by myself do not display upon pressing enter.

One time it allowed me to pick my champ (still after doing everything above) and the remaining players picked their champs. Afterwords the timer started a second time, but the game closed out with an error. "unknown error" contact support.

This just happened for the first time 3 hours ago, and just now. I tried loading a custom game by myself with one bot. I selected my champ which there was a delay (but my connection said there was no delay) then after I selected the screen counted down. Upon reaching 0 nothing happened and the screen stayed there for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes the same error dialog box came up. I closed it, It reappeared, the happened 10 times in a row. After I closed the 10th box the game loading screen came up.

I immediately left the game and queued for normals. No problems with Normals.
