[GAMEPLAY] Darius did not appear for picks/bans in ranked game

As is suggested in the title, Darius did not appear to ban in picks and bans in a ranked game. I was first pick and thus in charge of bans, I looked for Darius to ban and he was not on the list so naturally I assumed their team did not have Darius. Then their first pick instalocked Darius. I mentioned the issue to their first draft and he said he looked for Darius to ban and did not see him, and assumed our team did not have Darius.

Our team then proceeded to get facerolled by Darius.

This has only happened once to me, and I had just played a few games where Darius was able to be banned (but I was not first pick). as for reproducing the bug, I suppose it is just a matter of joining a game.
