[GAMEPLAY] HUD issues

I had played most of the way through the game without a problem when suddenly my entire HUD seemed to stop working. My movement didn't work half the time and my abilities all rapidly switched in between smart and normal casting. After I used my ult, my champ seemed to aggro to the entire map. I had no control over my champ and they would just keep automatically clearing lanes and jungle camps. I did not get any screenshots of this because I was trying to fix it but I switched both my keyboard and mouse but it did not change anything.

I was using Leona and had these items: Sunfire Cape Face of the Mountain Ward Trinket Sightstone Mercury Treads with Homeguard Glacial Shroud

I have been playing LOL for about a year now and have never encountered anything like this, and if anyone knows a way to solve this I would appreciate the help.
