A TF just walked out of my Mordekaiser ult.

He just walked out and I wasn't able to auto him and I couldn't walk out, in the replay its not clear but you can see that at one point I stop moving. I don't know how to replicate this, and after that I used it on him again and he wasn't able to walk out.
