Illoi's Ult and W interaction

My Issue is that Illoi W does not go on the 2 second cool down of her ult if she used it prior to her ult. Kindred had a similar problem and got it fixed my Illoi get the same love. She is one of my favorite laners and this will make her better at diving since the W is her only form of gap closing outside a flash
