[CLIENT/CRASH] Game Crashes After Every Game, Then Has Trouble Opening The Launcher After

I have played about 5 games like this and I would try to open league again and it would open up the launcher, but then when I click launch, it crashes. After every game I play after I click the button to go to the end game/after game screen it would close my league and then like I said I am having trouble opening it so I have repaired it every time, but this last time it won't even open the launcher. Please Help.

I am going to try reinstalling right now and update this later.

What I have seen is this. The game crashes for some at victory/defeat screen then those not affected by it are stuck at waiting for stats page for about 10-20 seconds.
