[client] major freeze when i click 'accept' to an aram

whenever I click accept to a game, there is always a 2-5 second 'I'm thinking' freeze. but the past few days on aram have been significantly worse. if I click accept to aram it freezes until the game starts (and sometimes continues while the game is running). this denies me the ability to reroll or trade champs, or change masteries, sums, skins, etc. I was forced to play a game as kindred with courage of the colossus. wasn't too happy about that. I know that it is some kind of client lag however, because just before the game started this last time, it unfroze at the last 2 seconds before the game starts. basically enough to flash me the kindred + courage of colossus combo. an interesting thing is that if I accept and then hard-shut off the client using my windows taskmaster, the game still starts, plays as normal, etc., but the client wont reopen. ever. it wont show the postgame screen, and it wont open when I click the button on my desktop. it wont even load. to solve this I have to completely restart my computer (normally what happens when I leave, by any means, is a dodge, with ensuing penalties etc.). hopefully you guys can figure out whats going on and how to solve it, because right now aram is not feasible for me to play. (P.S. I don't know if I'm still on the beta client or if everyone has been updated yet, but I figured it was worth mentioning that I'm on the shiny new one)
