I didn't know where to report that hes broken right now because his The Culling isn't doing the 400% damage to minions i have been trying to play him recently and realized it was broken I have lost a few games because of it such as champion will get away because it does like 72 damage to a minion atm. I'm not mad i'm just saying fix asap plz Riot.
It clears a good 2-3 minions LMAO it does 0 damage
This has been known by riot for a little while now and is discerning that nothing at all has been done with this.
Yeah I have noticed this too. It is literally better to use any other way to kill minions as Lucian. It is really annoying as that is part of Lucian's identity and when the other team is pushing in a big wave and I ult, I would prefer to kill more than a single minion with an entire ultimate.
