Lost champion capsule upon level up

I recently reached level 42 and have not received my champion capsule. I do not know what type of bug this may be but it is one that definitely should be looked into for further cases considering this is the main source of BE for the majority of, if not all, players. If anyone has experienced I would love if you left a comment here to give this post some recognition. Also if it's possible to recover the lost item that would be great.
