Some right click(s) not responsive

As of recently, my right clicks have become inconsistently unresponsive in Summoner's Rift games. It started 3 games ago while playing Caitlyn Example: Traded .vs. Lucian... Cait ended up "yolo"ing into a 1v4 since the click to retreat didn't register until 2-4 seconds (Had to spam my right click)

I don't believe I'm the only person that is having this problem, it game up so many first bloods & retarded yolo deaths
