[GAMEPLAY] Ziggs - Abilities being invisible, except for light

In a ranked game today, I was laning against a Ziggs and after he hit level 6, i noticed that his abilities disappeared. It made it seem like he was getting free damage because I didn't see anything hit me. Upon a little more careful observation, the abilities themselves were just tiny lights, the lit fuses, and you had to guess where to go to avoid his abilities. Even though we won the game, I just figured that this was an actual bug that should be addressed.

Sounds more like a hacker messing with visuals to me, Of course whichever it was its quite clearly a very abusive measure to allow all sorts of trolling, especially if multiple players had this issue of not seeing Zigg's bombs.
