match history bugs and yasuo floping fps

i can not see my match history . it shows a refresh icon on there !!! whats going on ? it happen after my last game .it still cant see when i quit and log in again !!

also when i play yasuo like 30mins later game the fps is floping to 40-80 . especially in teamfight. its usually 144
