Riot i cant pick my champion

I cant select and pick my champions bcs this game laging i have bad comuter and you cant fix it ;( . Please if you can fix it i banned corki and i select corki ? what the f*ck. i selected banned corki when i didnt have corki :D? And i lost game in my seriuse update. Please... I dont know how to send this photo ...
