CRASH- says its trying to reconect to my RANKED MATCH for around 20 mins

my internet still works as i went on google to see if it was my internet. Game is still currently saying atempting to reconnect. i've been waiting for like 20 mins and im pretty sure we lost because of it. If i did not already i would like a loss prevention for me and my team cause we were doing pretty well before the crash came. i wanted that win for my series. why rito? Morgana

This happened to me and my friend and we lost because of it. We sent in a support ticket, however, about 50 people sent one in within 30 seconds it took both us us to send one. Looks like it'll be a while.
