Buying champions

At the 10/18/2014 i was buying Lux 2 times & riot took my ip 2 times for Lux. When i looked at my purchases, their stand, that 1 Lux isn't refundable & the other is it. So i was going to refundable Lux. But 1 Lux has won still my ip, allthough i cant play her because i do not have her yet. @Riot it would be great if i get my 3150 ip get!

This has happened to me 8 times they will not give back the champion and this bug will only get worse
