[CRASH] Game completely freezes up

I recently reinstalled League of Legends so that I could start playing it with my friends again, and things were working fine for a while. But then one match, about 30 seconds in, my game completely froze. It was like I was staring at a picture, I couldn't scroll across the map, escape wouldn't open the menu and I couldn't use any abilities. Nothing moved at all, not even idle animations or map animations. I CTRL+ALT+DEL'd and opened the task manager and closed the game, and chose the option to load back in when the game told me to reconnect. I did so, and I lasted another 30 seconds before I froze again. After three times of doing that, I chose to restart my computer. This fixed it, temporarily, though half way through the next game, it started doing it again.

I used the launcher's repair tool later that night, and tried playing again. I got through a couple of matches today, and then tonight started doing some bot games to practice Jungling. The first game I was fine, but the second one started, and it was much like the first time it happened.

I've looked up this issue on google, however none of the threads had any answers. I can provide any logs needed, but I don't know which ones are required.
