Queue accept bug

I have friend that every time we play or they play with someone else and they accept queue, client says they havent. Is there any fix for this?

There isn't unfortunately, many players are experiencing this bug, myself included.

It's really frustrating that we can only play so many games before the client decides to just stop working for them. Then they get hit with the queue dodge timer.
