PSA: Accepting Queue at the last second causes Champions not to show up!

Tested this twice now and if you accept queue at the last second you may not be able to ban champ, causing you to dodge and lose LP. Careful Summoners! Lmk if you guys have faced same issue!

UPDATE: I tried it again and this time it didn't matter when I accepted the QUEUE, I still didn't see any champs!
