The error of mouse scroll

just like i said my mouse scroll out of my control, I can not slide my mouse scroll up and down into my character perspective distance and menu, I have to use left click to move my menu page to select items after my mouse scroll down, also I'm pretty sure that my mouse is totally new, it's absolutely game error or maybe I did the wrong setting but I have been tried a lot of time to fix it and there were no options support mouse scroll, so, can someone help me pls
