[Client] Rank selection bug. I select Ranked Solo/Duo and it puts me in normal draft.

This happens once in a while but it just did this to me 3 games in a row. I 100% confirm I select Ranked Solo/Duo and it puts me into normal draft. I am not ranked restriction and even after game my previous game selection is always highlighted Ranked Solo/Duo. I can't be the only one experiencing this because I see other people say they have Q'd for rank but it ends up being normal. It is just frustrating trying hard to win and then just being a waste of time.

This bug has been around for atleast a year. Just doing a quick google search I find multiple threads about the same thing I'm experiencing. You can't just say were all selecting normal draft. I confirm what I'm playing everytime.
