In Game Freezing

Past week or so, in game I will get to lane fine and then while laning my champion will freeze. I can type and move camera around, but I cannot move, use abilities, or summoners. It happens constantly throughout the game. My fps and ping stay the same, with FPS at 130 and ping at 62 (on average).

Its not the internet, because other games work fine. I also turned off all wifi connections to my internet, I am wired connection, and I even upgraded the internet to 250mbps with Xfinity. About a month ago, none of this was happening.

Idk, if this has to do with the new patch or not. But I would just like an answer or to see if others are experiencing the same problem.

I run on a Mac Desktop, but this was also happening on my PC.
