Lulu perma polymorph

I was playing kennen and I got polymorphed during a fight and when I ran out of the fight I was still polymorphed and I couldn't cast abilities and my map icon was a white square but when I died I was still a fox or whatever that little fucking thing is but this time I could cast abilities and it lasted for the rest of the game
