Disconnecting and reconnecting every 50 seconds (2020 Jan. 2-present, NA)

Just a few days ago my game started acting weird, I can still play games... but only 5/6th of the game. Every 50 seconds the game seems to disconnect me and then I am reconnected within 10 seconds. I have since reinstalled League through the "Hextech repair tool" and nothing changed. I don't know what is wrong because I don't think it is my wifi. My reason being for this is that I can stay in a discord call through the entire game while I'm disconnecting and my voice call won't suffer at all.

There are some interesting things that I have encountered though, While the reconnecting bar appears, I can still move on my own. I found this out while playing in a custom game and forced myself to run undertower after my game "disconnected". I have also come up with an issue that when I get back, sometimes my abilities just won't work. I can ping them ready but until I take damage, they won't be usable. Those are the only unique things that I have found, but I think it just helps to suggest that it is not wifi and more likely a bug.

This isn't my first issue with league, in the past few months I have had problems where my game would go from 34 ms to 200-400 ms and that would last for about two seconds before it went back down. That issue would happen infrequently throughout the game but never absent. I am looking for people to add to this conversation so that I may see that I'm not the only one, or that there is a fix.
