Glitching out menu screen

My menu animations glitch out. When it starts it jumps to the end of the animation then to the middle then to right before the middle then right before the animation finishes for it just to repeat all over again. I just want to watch the menu screen completely fine without having to watch a bunch of different clips. I couldn't find this post anywhere sorry if there is already an answer.
