Scorch

I was playing Singed toady and had to chose "resolve: the colossus". So it has Scorch in it which... isn't working at all (maybe that's why I wasn't using this bullshit)/ So I already had 1 kill + 3 assists ons SINGED (which means I'm using my Q which should activate Scorch and if not that I've also used my E at least once) and had 0 dmg with Scorch.Here is a photo and btw. this skill sucks. Like, really - 20 dmg every 20 sec?
