[SUPPORT] Can't login to support.riotgames.com

I haven't been able to login to support.riotgames.com for weeks now. My friends can on my computer/internet, but I can't. It instead says I've been logged out. It's really annoying since I can't send a support ticket about how I can't send support tickets. Please help.
